Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Deerland Children's Museum Victoria website and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Facility Rules

  • All visitors must complete a waiver before participating in activities.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
  • For safety and hygiene, only Deerland grip socks may be worn in the play area — outside or personal socks are not permitted. Grip socks are required for all jumpers and are available at the front desk for $3 per pair (yours to reuse on future visits).
  • Our facility is designed for ages 2–18. Age restrictions may apply to specific attractions.
  • Deerland reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates facility rules or poses a safety risk.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except baby food or food required for special allergies, and birthday cakes or cupcakes.
  • Photography and video are permitted for personal use only.

3. Admission & Pricing

  • Admission prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All promotions, coupons, vouchers, discounts, and announcements are subject to availability and may change without notice. Deerland Children's Museum Victoria reserves all rights of final interpretation.
  • General admission includes access to all open attractions during your visit.
  • Toddler admission ($15) grants access to Mini Town, the slides, and the toddler area of the trampoline park only.
  • Weekend admission (Friday–Sunday) is limited to 2 hours. Weekday admission includes unlimited play.
  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged subject to availability.

4. Membership Terms

  • Memberships are billed monthly and are non-transferable.
  • Members may pause their membership for up to 3 months per year with 30 days written notice.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
  • Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • Bring-a-friend passes are limited to 1 per month and cannot be accumulated. Members may bring up to 3 friends in a single visit for a flat $90 (3 admissions).

5. Birthday Parties

  • Full payment must be completed before the party begins.
  • Final guest count and guest list must be confirmed at least 7 days before the party. No changes are allowed after this deadline.
  • Party dates may be changed up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • All parties include 3 hours total: 2 hours of play time and 1 hour of celebration time.
  • Each table accommodates up to 10 guests. Larger groups will require additional tables.
  • Guest counts exceeding the package limit will be charged at the per-guest rate.
  • Outside food is not permitted, except baby food or any special allergies. Guests may bring their own birthday cake or cupcakes. We do not provide cutting tools or lighters.
  • Plastic water bottles are not allowed. Guests may bring reusable bottles for refill or purchase beverages on-site.
  • Only small table decorations and small balloon setups are allowed within table or floor space. Large installations are not permitted, and staff may remove non-compliant decorations.
  • Guests are not permitted to enter or begin setup before their scheduled booking time. When only one party is scheduled for the day and operationally possible, guests may begin table setup up to 10 minutes before their scheduled time at management's discretion.
  • All children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. The venue is not responsible for lost items, accidents, or unsupervised child behavior.
  • Party times and availability are subject to scheduling.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Participation in physical activities at Deerland carries inherent risks including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By entering our facility and signing our waiver, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release Deerland from liability for injuries sustained during normal use of our attractions.

7. Website Use

  • All content on this website is the property of Deerland Children's Museum Victoria.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
  • We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deerland Children's Museum Victoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
